Just 2 nights ago I was sitting at the local visitors centre (I am a committee member) speaking of how Grant Denyer had recently been quoted in TV week magazine as saying " the best thing he did in all of his trip around australia was swim with the Whale Sharks!"

Today we swam with a gorgeous 5m whale shark who was barely moving. Also followed a mother and calf Humback Whale for a while and the little calf was having a ball leaping and jumping around.

Yet another awesome day. Crystal clear water and a cruisy whale shark. We also saw a Hammerhead Shark, some Manta Rays and had the best snorkel of the year!!

Today we swam with 4 Whale Sharks in perfect conditions. We also got to see some gorgeous Manta Rays, Dugongs and a big humback doing barrel rolls. Had an awesome snorkel on a part of the reef we hadn't been to before and saw heaps of reef sharks , rays and all sorts of fish. Just another hard day at the office really.

Wow; it's that time of the year; there's Whale Sharks everywhere. Today we swam with another 6! We swam with our old friends "Stumpy" and "Mr Happy" plus a couple of others we have swam with before and a couple of new ones. We also enjoyed a snorkel with a couple of Leopard Sharks, turtles and heaps of trevally. Perfect conditions, perfect day.

OMG it just keeps getting better!! Today we swam with six whale sharks, all big, slow moving, happy sharks that seemed to enjoy our company. We also saw some Humpback Whales and Manta Rays as well as some awesome turtles and had a manta ray swim up under one of the WHale Sharks. Today was just AWESOME!!

Another good day. Best conditions for a while and swum with 5 Whale Sharks including old friend "Stumpy" who's back up here after last being seen in Coral Bay. We also saw two killers whales playing with a small dolphin before eating it. Nature at it's breathtaking best and heart stopping cruelest. It just goes to show everytime you think you have seen it all the ocean; it sends up something new to surprise you.

TODAY WAS AESOME!!!! We swam with 6 different Whale Sharks and saw a 7th. The plane saw about 20 so there are heaps out there at the moment which is good for the next few weeks. Also saw Manta Rays, Two types of Dolphins plus Dugongs and had a big Humpback Whale swim right up to the front of the boat with everyone standing there and basically rubbed it's back on the keel as it got that close. Add to that the calmest conditions we have had for a while and you can class it in the best couple of days of the year.

Another good day. Today we swam with two sharks around the 5-6m mark, both males, both cruisy. Conditions got better all day and we finished with a nice snorkel inside the reef. Haven't seen any Humpback Whales or Mantas for a few days. Must be due.

Epic day today. Conditions were rough but we swam with 4 different Whale Sharks and had heaps pf swims with them. We have the most experienced skipper and he was in form today making sure we were first to every shark and had way the best of the day compared to the other boats.
It was chaos at times with sharks popping up and down everywhere and we bounced from one to the next then back to ones we had already swam with all day. Most sharks were swimming pretty quick and into the chop so it was never easy but we had heaps of good swims to make it all worthwhile. Finished up with a good snorkel inside the reef .

3 Whale Sharks today! We had a great . It was a bit tough to start off with; we had a super fast whale shark that had even the most experienced spotters struggling to keep up. Then swam with another two. The last was a tiny 2.5m male that swam around us heaps. We then finished the day following 5 playing Humpback Whales home. Today was truly one of those awesome days that even the staff get excited about!

Today we swam with two whale sharks. The first was a skinny 4.5m male the second a big fat 8m male.
The second shark was amazing. Not only did it feed with it's huge mouth right open but it did a full 360 degree barrel roll. This is the first time in the 6years Neil our skipper has been driving the boat he has everhear of this, so we all felt VERY SPECIAL!

Today was awesome!! We got the big 3!! Whale Sharks, Manta Rays and Humpback Whales. We swam with a 6.5m shark then a big 8.5m male shark!! There were about another 4 or 5 sharks sited also; so it looks like the lull of the past week or so is gone and hopefully there will be lots from here on. The Manta's and Humpbacks were cool as well.

This week we've seen a 25m Blue Whale which was awesome plus breaching Humpback Whales, Mantas, Dugongs, Mackeral free jumpin!
Today we a cruisy 6m male Whale Sahrk. We also swam with some cool mantas so all up it was a good day.

Today we swam with a 4m male whale shark. It was strange to have an overcast sky, usually it's bright and sunny, we were all so stoked when we swam with this shark it was absolutely gorgeous!

Another awesome day today. We ended up having awesome glass off conditions, it was beautiful! Got an early call for a shark and jumped in with the coolest 3m Whale Shark. When they are that young they can be really inquisitive and this one was totally in to hanging out with us. He swam circles around us, swam up to the boat and rubbed his nose on the keel, swum over to Brad in the zodiac and said hello. For half an hour we had him to ourselves and it was pretty special.

Also saw Minke Whales and a 2.5m Hammerhead Shark so all up it was just an epic day at the office.

We had a great day today. We swam on 2 whale sharks and one of them was the easily recognised 'stumpy' aptly named due to a chunk being missing from his tail! Wea also saw some Minke Whales and a huge Manta Ray complete with amazing tribal markings on the way in.

Today we swam with a 7m male whale shark! He had a big chunk (healed) out of his tail that suggested he might have been run over by a boat once upon a time; when sharks have such outstanding markings it makes it much easier to identify them.
We finished up with a good swim witha bunch of Manta Rays which everyone just loved! They are honestly one of the most beautiful creatures in the oicean!~

We had such a great day today. Barely any wind with a turquoise crystal clear water. We started off the day with an awesome snorkel in water with 30m visibility, unexpectantly we got a call from the spotter plane we use to find the Whale Sharks saying they'd found one!! He thought it was the same one as yesterday (an 8.5m male) and as it turned out it was. At first he was up and down like yesterday but he settled down and we spent lots of time in the water with him. He even opened his mouth right up a few times to feed!!

Today was another exceptional day on the Ningaloo Reef! What made today even more special is that we helped a young mans dream come true! Luke has a disability; his mother had approached a handful of companies asking if it would be possible to take Luke out with the Whale Sharks.....sadly it seemed "too hard" for most.... this is What i love the most about Ningaloo Blue... our team really are so passionate about what we do and will make every effort to help people have a fantastic day! we swam with a Manta Ray and a 6.5m Whale Shark... it was a memorable day for all!

Today we swam with a 5 m Whale Shark and then a 6m Whale Shark!! The 6 m Whale Shark had a satellite tag in him which was great to see! We also saw our first Humpback of the season!!

Today we swam with our friend 'Stumpy'! A Whale Shark that had a bite taken out of him a few years ago, most of the time its hard to tell which shark is which; but Stumpys unique 'bite' easily sets him apart from the rest!

Did i say we were having a great season the other day??!! Well that was just an understatement!! OMG today we swam with 6 Whale Sharks!!! We also swam with Manta Rays!! The Whale Sharks were averaging between a gorgeous 3m (they are just so interactive and playful at this size, way too cute!!!) 5m, 7m, and the biggest was a whopping 11m!!!
2 of the Whale Sharks swam around our customers!!! It was absolutely insane!!! If you are even considering coming to swim with the Whale Sharks you have to do it!!! It is so awesome, this is the best year in the 3 years i have worked here!! Did i also mention that we saw DUGONGS?!! No, i forgot, but yes there were also Dugongs!

Well, if we thought yesterday was good, today we were in for a suprise!!2, yes that's right, you read correct, not 1 but 2 awesome whale sharks!! They were both around 3-4m. They were so CUTE! they looked as if they were still growing in to their pectoral fins~!

We are still recovering from the little scare 'Cyclone Hubert' gave us yesterday! It was a total FIZZER!!! All that work moving everything for some pathetic puffs of wind! Never mind, fortunately most of our passengers were able to transfer on to other days.

We swam with a gorgeous Whale Shark today, the conditions were great, there was heaps of sea life around - we saw turtles, lots of fish and a gorgeous 5m Whale Shark!

Wow, this season is rocking so far!!

Well, today was fantastic but also a little dissapointing!

We swam with the first manta ray of the season which was unusually early, it was so majestic and beautiful! We also had a swim with some dolphins and seen a gorgeous Dugong!

We had an awesome day even though today we couldn't find a Whale Shark. The conditions were exceptional and a great day was had by all! We're all going to go out and have another go at it!

We had a fantastic day today! We had 10-15m vis and swam with a 4m Whale Shark!

Today we had dolphins come by whilst we were having a snorkel and saw Dugongs, turtles and heaps of other marine life!

The water was a glass off today... it was stunning! We swam with the same shark as the last few days then found another smaller one in the clearest water we have had this year. We had that shark to ourselves for the next hour. Everyone had a ball. We then found a couple of Humpback whales on the way home then watched a couple of dolphins mating near the mooring. One of those days you will never ever forget on the Ningaloo Reef!
